HOW CAN I PAY MY ORDER?

2- AFTER HOW LONG DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Unger srl ships products internationally.

Our Designated Carriers are DHL

Standard delivery within 3 working days.
  

3- WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

The fixed delivery charge is of  €19 or €29 OVERSEAS, regardless of order amount.

ITALY: 1 - 2 weekday / € 7 (€ 0 up to € 70)

EUROPE AND NEIGHBORING: 3 weekday / € 20

OVERSEAS: 4 weekday/ € 29

(Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order ships. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.)

 
4- WHERE ARE ORDERS SHIPPED FROM?

Each order is shipped from our warehouse in MILANO.
  

5- AND IF I WERE TO CHANGE MY MIND? AND IF I WISHED TO EXCHANGE AN ARTICLE FOR ANOTHER?

Any article may be returned within 14 days, by sending an email to info@unger.it or by Whatsapp dialing 0039. 366 2237435 from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm.

The merchandise may be returned via freight collect or through our courier after agreeing with us

Should the article in substitution cost less than the previous one, we will refund the difference directly to your bank account.

Please note that only the merchandise still wearing the original Naviganti e Sognatori selling tag will be accepted.
